CDG 31

The CDG31 is a public administrative institution managed by territorial employers for the service of territorial employers. It provides them with advice and assistance in human resource management. Its missions are divided into two categories: - mandatory missions: organization of competitions and professional exams, management of territorial personnel, statutory legal assistance, staff committees, medical council secretariat, management of territorial employment, management of Temporarily Unemployed Civil Servants (FMPE), Personalized Support for the Development of Professional Projects (APEPP), implementation of the Redeployment Preparation Period (PPR), ethics/law/religion referents, mandatory prior mediation. - optional missions decided by the Board of Directors at the request of local authorities in the department: retirement, unemployment benefits, statutory social protection, preventive medicine, prevention and working conditions, job retention, health inspection, occupational safety, statutory group insurance contract, health and welfare participation agreements, organizational consulting, recruitment support, temporary assignments as well as mobility and professional dynamics, reporting acts of violence, conventional mediations. The CDG31 is also a resource center for the public wishing to join the FPT. As an organizer of competitions and professional exams, it provides information on professions and their access conditions. A dedicated service also supports agents in their mobility projects: job offer dissemination, job search advice, Temporary Assignments service, etc. Furthermore, the CDG31 is the regional coordinator of management centers in the Occitanie region and the lead agency for the Employment mission. The CDG34 is the delegated coordinator and lead agency for the Competitions mission.
